Fast delivery. The packaging of the pads themselves is great - each is in a separate plastic bag with a zipper and placed in a textile bag! There is a manual and two spare springs. Everything looks very well done for this amount! I tried them - I have an injured miniscus on my right leg for about 10 months and for the first time I squat without problems !!!
